Updates to BundyPlus Subscription Plans
We want to ensure that BundyPlus meets the evolving needs of businesses of all sizes well into the future. That means providing you with fairer, easier access to tools that help you run your business efficiently. That’s why we’re updating and releasing new subscription plans that will be available from 1 July 2024.
We’ve reviewed all of our existing plans and designed streamlined options with bundled tools and features to address your essential time capture and people management tasks.
Significant time has been spent researching to create balanced, simpler plans that allow smaller businesses to gain access to advanced features for minimal cost and an appropriate fee structure for larger clients requiring significant server bandwidth.
For many, fees will remain similar to what you are paying now; for a few, the cost will be significantly higher due to the larger employee count and server provisioning required. Although the potential price increase for larger clients was a difficult decision, we firmly believe our product will remain one of the most cost-effective solutions on the market today.
Learn more about these plans and what they offer for small businesses, large enterprises, and bookkeepers.
Introducing BundyPlus’s Plans:

- BusinessPlus — expanded workforce tools for growing businesses
- EnterprisePlus — full-stack workforce tools for businesses with advanced, real-time requirements

Starting 1 July 2024, we will discontinue our existing BundyPlus Starter, Starter 10, Starter 25, Business, Business 50, Enterprise, and any other non-public client-specific plans.
Our new lineup features more inclusive key features across fewer plans and add-ons. This makes it simpler for you to access the tools you need, allowing you to focus on what matters most, managing your business.
Our simplified partner plans, effective 1 July 2024, will make it easier for you to recommend the best plan and tailor your practice services to your clients' needs. This includes cash coding, which is now available in all our new business plans, along with bundled key add-ons.
We will keep you informed throughout this process and give you at least 60 days (about 2 months) notice before any changes are made to your plan.
What Happens to My Plan on 1 July 2024?
- Nothing if you are new to BundyPlus or have not changed your existing plan type within the last 12 months. We wanted to give you time to become familiar with the new plans.
- You have the option to switch to a new plan starting 1 July 2024. Once you switch, your previous plan will no longer be available. If you wish to upgrade, downgrade, add or remove an add-on, or transfer your subscription after this date, you will need to select one of BundyPlus’s new plans.
- If you prefer not to change plans, you can wait for BundyPlus to transition to a new plan (with at least 60 days (about 2 months) notice).
How We’re Supporting You:
We understand that these changes may feel significant, and we’re committed to keeping you informed throughout the process. In the meantime, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the new plans to determine the best option for your needs once they launch.
